We took the time to fill out their online application and found there’s no box asking if we’ve been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony.
They also haven’t signed the Fair Chance Business Pledge. The Fair Chance Business Pledge is similar to the Ban the Box list. This is a pledge made by employers to focus on your experience and what to have to offer as an employee regardless of any convictions.
The company doesn’t offer any special programs for hiring felons. If you’re interested in something like this, check with your local employment agency or workforce development office.

We did some online digging to bring you Amway’s ratings. Glassdoor.com gives them 3.7 out of 5 stars. Most of the reviews are positive, with 76% saying they’d recommend the company to a friend. The downside seems to be limited benefits and opportunity for advancement.
Does Amway hire felons? We don’t know for sure, but we do know there are certain felonies that might hurt your chances. Since you’ll likely be working with a team of co-workers, any violent crimes might pose a problem.
