The Fair Chance Business Pledge is similar in that employers base their hiring decisions on your qualifications and not your past.

We already know they’ll hire former felons, but we checked out their online application anyway and are happy to report that there’s no box asking if we’ve been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony.

No, they don’t offer any types of these programs.

Tips to get hired here with a felony

We know they’ll hire former felons, but how do you land the job? It’s going to come down to your resume and your interview. Luckily, we’ve got some tips to help you!

Start off by listing your experience within the food processing industry. Have you operated equipment? Maybe you’ve worked the line inspecting product? Or placed items into baskets in accordance with company specifications? It’s important to let the company know these things.

Check your resume for any spelling or grammatical errors. If you need extra help, check out Relaunch Pad’s resume guide designed specifically for felons.

Once you get to your interview, there are a few things you can do to help you get the job at Campbell’s with a felony.

You’ve told the company about your qualifications on your resume, now it’s time to talk about what you can do in your interview. Let them know about any accolades or recognition you’ve received that say something about your work ethic or job-specific skills.

Since they’re not on the Ban the Box list, it’d be a good idea to explain how prison has helped you grow as a person. Let them know if you’ve done any community service, volunteer work or are furthering your education in any way.

If you do these things, you’ll have a great shot at a job with Campbell’s, regardless of your past.
