Company ratings

We did some online exploring on Clif Bar’s ratings. Glassdoor.com gives the company 3.7 stars out of 5. Of the 83 reviews, 71% say they’d refer a friend. Pretty good, right? The reviews say there is a good work environment at Clif Bar as well benefits and a work/life balance. The downside seems to be the lack of room for advancement due to low turnover from upper management.

What felonies Clif Bar will not hire

Clif Bar didn’t give us a list of things that, if they came up on a background check, would stop someone from getting hired.

What felony convictions might have a hard time getting hired here?

Does Clif Bar hire felons? Yes, they do. However, there are some felonies that might hurt your chances.

Since you’ll be working in a warehouse-type setting with lots of co-workers, supervisors and managers, any violent crimes might rule you out.

And because you’ll be working directly with products, theft could pose a problem.

Drug charges might interfere with any positions where heavy machinery is involved.
