Yes. Based on online comments from employees, it appears that they have. Having said that, most of the postings are for more minor crimes such as DUIs.

The negatives at the company are some “low quality management” and less medical insurance than you would expect from a company in the insurance business. Long work hours are also noted.
There are another 16,355 employee comments on indeed.com. Here, UnitedHealth Group scores an impressive 3.6 out of 5. Like on Glassdoor, high marks are for culture and work-life balance. Pay and benefits are also rated highly. The company is also criticized for poor medical insurance and lengthy work hours. Interestingly, the company responds to many of the employee remarks directly on Indeed! This shows that they’re invested in their reputation.
What felony convictions might have a hard time getting hired here?
Since this is a company that handles prescription drugs, they want staff they can trust with their products. Have you been convicted of drug possession, DUI or a related offense?
